DRAFT BOARD BUDGET MEETING MINUTES

TIME: 7:00 PM
LOCATION: LAKES AT WATERSTONE AMENITY CENTER
MEETING CALED TO ORDER: Jack Pennella called meeting to order 7:00pm
QUORUM CALL: Present were: Jack Pennella, Greg Plagmann, Sue Sheppard, Kim Cheatham, Pulte Board Member Jordan Goldman absent. Also present Steve Schnitzer property manager.
PROOF OF THE 11-30-10 MEETING POSTED: Notice was posted at guardhouse and mailed to homeowners

HOA President Jack Pennella stated this was a single purpose meeting for the Board to review and approve the 2011 Budget.
Jack Pennella read each budget appropriation line by line through the entire 2011 proposed budget before the community homeowners who were present.
Jack Pennella presented the 2011 budget to the Board and stated it was the intent of the Board to keep the quarterly assessments the same as 2010.
Jack Pennella thanked Lionel Smith for helping to prepare the 2011 budget with Jack Pennella, Greg Plagmann and manager Steve Schnitzer.
Jack Pennella made a motion to approve the 2011 Budget; 2nd by Greg Plagmann; Motion passed unanimously.
NOTE: A copy of the 2011 Budget will be part of the minutes.
Next Board meeting scheduled for December 9, 6:30pm
Meeting Adjourned 7:45 pm.
